Just a reminder to bring screenshots of the return to play health questionnaire for both you and your child tomorrow morning.

If you are a new member and have not yet submitted your e-learning certificate can I remind you that this is required. We may not be able to check the email account for further certs before tomorrow so can i ask please that along with emailing them in tonight, you screenshot it and show it in the morning. It will just ensure easier registration and less delays getting people on the pitch.

Registration at 9.45 for a 10am start.
